Media visiting our Historic Sites!

This week we were visited by Lise Giguère, a travel freelancer who was interested in exploring historic sites in our region. She visited Penfield Homestead Museum, Champlain Monument & Lighthouse and Crown Point State Historic Site in Crown Point. She took the tour at Fort Ticonderoga and drove to Mount Defiance to admire the beautiful view of Lake Champlain and the aerial view of the Fort Ticonderoga. She stayed at Stoney Lonesome B&B in Crown Point. On her way back home she visited John Brown's Farm Historic Site in Lake Placid and the breathtaking Ausable Chasm - the oldest attraction in our region. There is no doubt that we have a plethora of historic sites to visit in our region! Lise writes for: LE LUNDI, FEMMES D’AUJOURD’HUI, EXPRESS VOYAGE – monthly magazines that have a circulation of about 45 000 copies.
